Services

As practitioners, we work from a mind-body somatic perspective and utilize multisensory, strengths-based techniques that emphasize what is happening in the present moment. Practitioners and clients collaboratively design tailored approaches and goals based on unique needs, circumstances, and capabilities. Currently sessions are conducted virtually via video-conferencing, by phone, or are offered in-person in the comfort of your own home or personal space. Travel fees may apply.

Sarah Burkle is a licensed psychotherapist who utilizes an approach focused on the mind-body connection and from a trauma-informed and systems lens, which takes into account a person’s whole lived experience and the system they live within. Therapy techniques are used to treat mental health and/or emotional challenges and find a path to freedom from distorted thinking, perspectives, and beliefs.

I offer cannabis-assisted sessions on a select basis, however, I will offer resources for legal clinicians and guides or for self-guided resources. Psychedelic preparation from a harm-reduction approach includes risks, safety, legalities, information about other plant medicines and entheogens, set and setting, and creating/clarifying intentions. Integration services after any non-ordinary state of consciousness experience is available and highly recommended, especially for those who undergo a plant medicine session. Education and integration services take place via video conferencing services.

Resources for embodiment, nourishment, ritual, and creativity to elevate well-being. These services differ from therapy in that they are not treatment for a mental health diagnosis, but rather in service of improving general well-being, performance, and growth. These services can be tailored to focus on enhancement in career, creativity, relationships, meaning and purpose, and life satisfaction.

Sarah holds an active certification through Soma Breath and interweaves teachings from Holotropic and pranayama breathwork, parts work, somatic mindfulness, guided imagery, trauma-informed care and release, energy and sound healing. Approaches and journeys are tailored to each person or small group and for their specific intentions and goals.
