Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
KAP is offered through a relational and somatic lens, with an emphasis on collaboration, moment-to-moment attunement, and creating a sense of safety throughout the experience. Rather than leaving clients to navigate the medicine on their own, I remain actively engaged, checking in regularly and using the therapeutic relationship as a resource to support curiosity, regulation, and connection.
Often described as a “fabric softener” for the mind, ketamine can soften rigid patterns and create greater openness, flexibility, and a felt sense of safety. Together, we work to cultivate new experiences of safety within the body and the relational field, deepen connection with internal experience, and approach thoughts, emotions, and sensations with curiosity and compassion. Preparation and integration are woven throughout the process to help carry these shifts into everyday life.
A consultation session and a minimum of one preparation session are required prior to scheduling a cannabis-assisted psychotherapy session.

Cannabis-assisted psychotherapy
CAPT Cannabis-assisted psychotherapy is rooted in trauma-informed, transpersonal, somatic, mindfulness-based therapies, and current best practices in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with cannabis serving as the therapeutic medicine. Unlike ketamine, cannabis often increases activation within the nervous system, bringing thoughts, emotions, sensations, and protective responses into greater awareness. While this process can be intense, it may create opportunities for unresolved material to emerge and be experienced in new ways.
Rather than attempting to change or avoid difficult experiences, clients are gently invited to remain with emerging sensations, emotions, and impulses, creating opportunities for the nervous system to complete responses that may have previously been interrupted. Unlike many other psychedelic medicines, cannabis also tends to preserve a greater sense of agency throughout the experience, allowing participants to choose how deeply to engage, when to slow down, and when to titrate out of activation.
A consultation session and a minimum of one preparation session are required prior to scheduling a cannabis-assisted psychotherapy session.

Psychedelic preparation
Psychedelic preparation and education includes, but is not limited to, what to expect from specific psychedelics, potential risks and benefits, current research outcomes and protocols, mindset and environmental setting and why these are crucial to explore, and safety topics in underground or foreign guided psychedelic experiences. We do not promote the use of illegal substances, but we teach a harm-reduction and educational approach around the use of psychedelics. Currently, cannabis and ketamine are the only legal substances for assisted therapy services.

Psychedelic integration
Integration restructures the mind, body, and spirit after an experience of a non-ordinary state of consciousness, especially one involving psychedelics. It involves therapeutic and somatic processing of the experience and support incorporating insights into a lived daily experience. Integration centers on compassion, empathy, education, and safety to create a transformative experience of the psyche and spirit and create an easier transition into day-to-day life with new perspectives and ways of being in the world.
