Parts work
These services are in support of identifying and accessing protected, wounded, and conflicting parts of the self to create deep self-acceptance, integration, and transformation. This approach creates inner and outer connectedness by supporting people to access their highest Self and, from that place, come to understand and heal their various parts. It is a way of understanding personal and intimate relationships and engaging in life with increased confidence, calm, courage, clarity, and compassion.

Mind-body coaching
These services can be tailored to focus on enhancement in career, creativity, relationships, meaning and purpose, and life satisfaction. Coaching services are not treatment for a mental health diagnosis, but rather in service of improving general well-being, performance, and growth. A combination of somatic practices and goal creation and support are utilized to assist people in clarifying what they want or need, overcoming barriers and obstacles, and implementing plans for action.

Death and dying
We offer sliding scale fees and bundles for these services.
We believe it imperative for people to have access to the support they require when entering a transitional phase of life. Many caregivers experience a level of burden during end-of-life care, some people do not have someone to speak with about their approaching death, others are faced with a potentially terminal diagnosis. A death with dignity may be achieved when death is congruent with the values of the person, their culture, their spiritual beliefs, and their community. We aim to recognize and identify these values and cater to them in order to foster death as a unique living experience to be treasured so that peace, joy, and wholeness can be achieved.

Meditation guidance
A daily mindfulness and meditation practice, and its associated benefits, are accessible to anyone regardless of their religion, culture, politics or ideology. Beginning from within, mindfulness and presence honors the mind-body-energetic connection and supports an increased awareness of all aspects of the self. Developing a regular practice takes time and effort and is achieved through direct experience. By increasing our awareness in every moment, we are able to generate pro-active, wise responses, rather than impulsive, reactive ones.
-
Breathwork
A combination of rhythmic breathing techniques and breath holds are employed in combination with curated music to bring about states of deep relaxation, bliss, and non-ordinary consciousness. These states bring you to what you need to know or experience in this moment and seeds healing in support of creating the future you desire.

Energy healing
According to various traditions, there is a life force energy, known by many names, that has a direct impact on our whole health. Modern quantum physics has shown that by focusing one’s attention, people can impact and shift outcomes by communicating with quantum energy. Energy healing works with this all-pervasive energy and the practitioner acts as an amplifier, turning up the volume and utilizing focused awareness and open presence to guide this energy to the client.
