A mind-body approach is a multisensory, strengths-based mode of care and support that emphasizes what is happening in the present moment. While this approach includes a wide variety of techniques, we spotlight the somatic experience, or what is occurring in the body and felt sense of the moment. Techniques are pulled from various modalities including internal family systems, somatic experiencing, sensorimotor therapy, Hakomi method, and polyvagal theory.

A mindful approach

We provide quality mental, emotional, and spiritual support to assist people in accessing their deepest levels of self and a richer connection with the world. We specialize in a mind-body approach to support discovering insights, creating nourishing relationships, and changing ineffective internal and external systems. Sessions are conducted virtually via video-conferencing, by phone, or are offered in-person in the comfort of your home for specific services.
