The People

My therapeutic approach centers around expanding awareness, finding increased meaning in life, strengthening self-worth, and cultivating positive relationships. I am incredibly honored to be trusted with people’s vulnerability, openness, and challenges and have a deep respect for each person’s unique process.

Your healing process is invited, rather than directed, to emerge through a non-pathologizing approach that views you as the expert in your life. I offer a combination of research-based methods and age-old intuitive healing practices to support you in identifying a clear vision for and path toward well-being.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (88866) and certified in MDMA-assisted therapy with the MAPS, integrative somatic trauma therapy, Ketamine-assisted therapy, emotional freedom technique, and Reiki (master level). I have also trained extensively in the areas of somatic-based approaches, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed care, ancient indigenous and philosophical traditions, and energy healing practices.

I am fascinated about how we, as human beings, grow and our innate capacity to move towards healing and wholeness, even in the face of deep pain, trauma, and wounding experiences. With compassion and empathy, I work with people to build on their strengths, effectively address challenges, and radically accept our whole selves.
